IDEAMATICS was awarded a three year contract to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) with news and media monitoring services. Using the TwisterWire™ suite of tools IDEAMATICS will provide support for the broad spectrum of public relations/affairs matters, to include daily data feeds and monitoring of both news outlets and social media, as well as press releases. The TwisterWire™ and SpyWire™ tools provide the ability to monitor over 2 million news outlets and 20 million Twitter™ and blog postings continuously. These tools also provide a sophisticated method for assessing the positive and negative impact of the latest news affecting the USCIS.
