Job Description:
IDEAMATICS is currently seeking a Technical Writer.
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs into well-defined requirements
- The candidate will assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet client deliverables.
- Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, change control templates, confluence product pages, etc..) to maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Present various documentation to stakeholders pertaining to operational readiness and other business areas as needed.
- Create and process change control documentation, working under tight timelines to ensure overall project success.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums
- Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate requirements
