Since commencing Hurricane Sandy support on 22 October, DHS’ primary First Responder, The United States Coast Guard, has used the Mobilization Readiness Tracking Tool (MRTT) to facilitate the identification of qualified personnel and the deployment of over 800 USCG personnel.
