Mr. Brian K. Morgan has joined the IDEAMATICS team as the Director of Strategic Initiatives after retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps in March 2013. His active duty assignments included seven years in Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps serving in both the Manpower Department and the Plans, Policy and Operations Department. He also served in various operational planning and strategy development positions at Camp Lejeune, NC and Camp Pendleton, CA. In his final Marine Corps assignment, Mr. Morgan served as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Plans and Strategy at the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force. Mr. Morgan has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Millersville University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from National University, a Master of Science from the U.S. Army War College, and is currently a doctoral candidate in the field of Human and Organizational Learning with the George Washington University.
