Mr. Chad Markgraf, IDEAMATICS’ Senior Programmer Analyst, recently earned the Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Beginner Admin certifications, and on Sept 10, 2018 Dr. David Danner, IDEAMATICS President and CEO, designated Chad our first Senior Salesforce Developer. By completing his Salesforce developer certifications, Chad has positioned IDEAMATICS to start the new fiscal year strong as a fully qualified Registered Salesforce Partner. We look forward to growing our corporate offerings to include Salesforce application development and integration to fully satisfy our clients’ needs for cloud-based relationship management, enterprise resource planning, sales, customer service, marketing automation, business analytics, mobile application building, and much more.
Chad’s prior experience as a software developer and the foundational skills gained through his Salesforce developer training will allow him to lead our growing team of Salesforce consultants for administration, configuration, customization and development of client within the Salesforce platform as well as production support.
