IDEAMATICS participated in the recent FEMA sponsored National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE 2011) hosted in New Orleans, LA on 16-19 May 2011. IDEAMATICS’ staff worked with U.S. Coast Guard District 8 to provide hands-on training in the application of the MRTT to respond to the gamed emergency.
NLE 2011 coincided with a real-life emergency of the Mississippi flooding, To that end, our team assisted in the response provided by the USCG for the “2011 High Water” disaster designation.
