Dr. Morgan defended his doctoral research dissertation, “The Process of Foreseeing: A Case Study of National Security Strategy Development” to complete the requirements of the George Washington University’s Executive Leadership Program. This demanding program is designed to provide professionals with a foundation in relevant theories, concepts, and practices towards facilitating change initiatives and in becoming more effective leaders and decision-makers. Dr. Morgan joined IDEAMATICS as the Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2013 after retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps.
