Doug Cower Awarding Hall of Fame to David Danner

West Lafayette, IN – Dr. David Danner was honored with the induction into the Purdue University Kappa Sigma Fraternity Chi Chapter’s Hall of Fame on October 8th. He joins 77 Chapter alumni who have received the honor. The Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma was established at Purdue University on March 15th, 1885.

Dr. Danner commented to the current and past members present at the induction ceremony:

Being a member of Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma has given me an immense amount of friendship throughout the years … As my story tells you, never be afraid to take risks, and when you do take the plunge, just do your best … be honest, be fair, be a mentor to others, and GIVE BACK.

Dr. Danner graduated from Purdue with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering simultaneously in 1970. After serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1972, he established IDEAMATICS, Inc. which provides software development and systems integration to a myriad of clientele.
