Our Role with Salesforce Configuration

IDEAMATICS is a Salesforce Consulting Partner and brings extensive experience with analyzing business needs and implementing, configuring, and customizing the best solution using Salesforce CRM. Our Salesforce Certified experts with certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform Builder, have the experience and knowledge to provide timely solutions to increase our client’s efficacy. 

Our Salesforce solutions take advantage of the Salesforce no-code, Out Of The Box (OOTB) features such as standard objects, workflows, approval processes, escalation rules, security model, reports and dashboards as well our ability to configure the Salesforce Platform with additional custom objects, relationships, processes, flows, advanced permissions, and Salesforce Outlook Configuration. IDEAMATICS also has the experience to extend and build new Salesforce features using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and the API (SOAP, REST, Metadata) for interfacing with external applications.

Our Projects with Salesforce Configuration

IDEAMATICS has implemented solutions for clients in the Private and Public sector including the US. Navy, CACI Federal Inc, and the American Corporate Council Association. Our employees are cyber security certified and hold clearances which allows us to provide solutions for the Department of Defense.

One example of our capabilities is the recent implementation of the My Navy Career Center service application. We worked closely with our client to implement a solution that required extensive Salesforce customization as well as external system interfaces. Even with the advanced customization we were able to deliver the solution before the original proposed delivery date.

Salesforce Configuration Tools

IDEAMATICS takes advantage of several Salesforce Configuration tools to increase the efficiency of our patented Agile process to deliver bug-free solutions more rapidly and within budget. Because of the cyber security implications, some of our clients require that all aspects of the solution lifecycle be managed natively within the Salesforce IL4 government cloud. In this scenario we can configure everything from DevOps, Development and testing, and data management within the secure boundary using tools like Agile Accelerator, Flosum, and Eggplant Automation Testing.
